Your music stays yours

You keep all rights to what you upload. By uploading, you give SongMe permission to store your files and stream them to visitors, show your artwork and title, and let people embed your player on other sites. Delete a song and we stop doing that.

Only upload what you have the right to share

Upload music you made or have permission to share. Don’t upload other people’s songs, samples you haven’t cleared, or anything you don’t have the rights to. See copyright & takedowns.

Be decent

• No harassment, hate, threats or sexual content involving minors.
• No spam, scams, or pretending to be someone else.
• Don’t try to break, overload or scrape the service.

Moderation

Moderators can hide songs and suspend accounts that break these rules. If we hide one of your songs you’ll get a notification saying so. If you think we got it wrong, reach out using the contact details below.

No guarantees

SongMe is a self-hosted project run on a best-effort basis. It’s provided as is, may go down, and could lose data. Keep your own copies of your music.
